Will CrossFit Work Without the Gym?

 

Even though so many gyms are now using CrossFit, you can still get great results from this program if you do it from home. Will these results be as good as what you would get from a gym? Probably not, simply because you will not have direct access to the same training and equipment.

But it is still very possible for you to put together different CrossFit exercises to build your own workout routine. Remember, the key is to push your body to the max while offering it a variety of different workouts.
